Before submitting your band, please make sure your entire band will be available for
the FULL DURATION, of either day! This is important to note as we will not accept
any submission, as well as, we will drop any band after selection, that tells us they
must play before or after a certain time. No exceptions! You might play early, you
might play late, you must be available for any time slot.
If you know that your band will not be available for a specific day, please include this
information in your band submission. If there is no mention of availability issues,
then we will assume either day will be fine.
We will be taking band submission from October 1, 2018 to January
26 bands, 2 days, 2 stages,
Both stages will be indoors.
We also have available slots for vendors and sponsors!
FLMF 2019 will take place on May 17 - 18 at DONSELAAR’S PARTY HOUSE
in Clyde, NY.
Show starts at 6pm Friday night (5/17) and runs until 1am and again at 2pm Saturday
(5/18) afternoon and runs until 1am Whatever time slot you are given, your entire band
must be ON TIME for check in NO LATER THAN 90 MINUTES BEFORE your assigned
time slot. This is VERY important! Your band must be flexible. If a band cancels last
minute, or if we have a no-show, you may be asked to go up earlier than planned. If
any member of your band does not show up on time you may be cancelled on the

Your band must be a metal band of some sort, with at least a ½ hour of original

NOT CHASE AFTER YOU FOR MISSING INFO. ANY INCOMPLETE SUBMISSION WILL
BE DISCARDED WITHOUT NOTICE!

We intend to put out a promotional sampler CD in which each band may submit a song. This is optional. The CD
will have respectively one song from each band that will be performing, who give consent. The insert will have
the event info as well as each bands name, song title and web address if applicable and will be distributed at
local independent music stores.

It is YOUR responsibility to make sure each and every member of your band will be available for ANY time slot
offered on either designated day. Your band might be first, it might be last. Simply put, there will be 26 great
bands at this show, 8 bands will play Friday night, 18 bands will play Saturday someone has to play first and
someone has to play last. When planning the schedule, we will consider no slot to be greater or lesser.
We expect plenty of bands to want to perform at this event. We would love to have every band that wants in to be
able to play a set, but it will not be possible, due to time constraints, to have every band that wants in to
perform. So we have a selection process, in which a team of reviewers will determine which bands will be invited
to perform at this event.
Bands will be selected based on original material among other factors.
We wish to have a variety of different styles of metal bands perform at this event. Ours should be unique and
have something for all types of metal heads of all ages.
Participating bands will receive some perks, such as drink tickets, commemorative t-shirts with all the bands
names or logos on them, camping and all around fun.
